Refunds & Returns

You have a right to cancel a contract that starts from the date we approve your order has been shipped, which is when the contract between us is complete. If the merchandise has already been delivered to you, you have got an amount of fourteen days during which you will cancel, ranging from the day when the day you receive the merchandise. Days mean calendar days, together with weekends and public holidays.

Where you have got off a contract and also the merchandise has already been delivered to you, you should return them to us as soon as possible attainable and in any event no later than fourteen days when the day you inform us of your right to cancel. Where the items have already been delivered to you, we will prepare the refund shortly. In any case within 14 calendar days after the day on which we accept the returned items, or (if earlier) within 14 calendar days after the day you hand over us with evidence that the products were returned to us. If you are canceling your item order because you've changed your mind, please note that you will have to settle the costs for returning the item if the item has already been shipped.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a client.
